About Tests Vape
Tests Vape is an independent bench for vaping hardware, written for readers in the United Kingdom. Every device follows the same route: timed charging, counted puffs, leak checks and a look at how it holds up over several weeks.
Our protocol
We measure before we write. Readings are taken under the same conditions from one report to the next, which is what makes them comparable. When a measurement could not be taken, we say so instead of filling the gap with an estimate.
Our scores
The score out of ten sums up what the bench recorded, never an impression. It is published once the protocol is complete, and the raw readings stay available in the Bench Readings section.
Our independence
Tests Vape takes no payment from manufacturers in exchange for a test or a score. Affiliate links may exist and never influence a result. Sponsored content, when there is any, is labelled as such.
Who writes it
Bench reports are run and written by Anaïs Coutant, who follows vaping hardware and how it evolves.
UK readers
Our English pages are written with the United Kingdom in mind. Products sold in the UK follow the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations, which cap e-liquid strength at 20 mg/ml and tank capacity at 2 ml, so figures quoted elsewhere may not match what is on sale here.
